In 1955, founder of Aluma-Trim of American, Lowell Grossman, was the first to bring aluminum trim to Southeastern Wisconsin. After a business trip to visit an aluminum siding distributor in Pittsburg, PA, Lowell saw that homeowners could improve their homes without paint. He was excited to share this with customers in his community. At the time, the equipment weighed over 300 pounds and the colors were limited. After nearly 60 years, we still dress up our homes with aluminum Soffit and Fascia, however, the equipment now fits into the back of our trucks and there are an array of colors!

We were able to help vent the homeowners roof by cutting in and screening 15 new vents. We used double baked aluminum with a pressure bend in the face boards and vented and non vented panels in the overhangs to give this house a make over. The homeowner will never have to paint again.
